I just picked up a Menthor Integra hybred/integrated. ( http://www.mysoundroom.com/menthor_av2.htm )
The build on it is pretty cool, and it sounds good for the most part, but I'd like to make it something special. It's only 25W so it is perfect for the office. I'm running an XA20ES source into it with NHT SB-1 speakers. Like I said...perfect for the office.
I've already gone in and replaced almost all the signal wire with 22awg teflon-coated silver, and the power/ground wiring with 14awg of the same. The signal wire that was in there before was a step below the stuff that connects a telephone to the wall. Pitifull.
To get a little more bass out of it, should I look at caps/resistors? Any suggestions? I've got a few pics of the inside of it that I'll post tonight when I get home. Any suggestions are appreciated though...
