Try the numbers in the following manual to see if they're closer to that amp:

All transistors, diodes, and resistors test ok. I changed the 10uf 200v capacitor. Should I just switch all the 2sc3198 to the 2sc1027?
In the schematic? I didn't look at it that closely. I thought it was just for a close refference? I'll take the vlotages and compare to the scheme.
i have pulled every transistor and capacitor in the muting curcuit and tested them all. everything is within tolerence, yet the relay is remaining open? so i am assuming the relay is bad? do you have a part number or a place to buy one of these>
I asked about the voltage because it's possible that the relay isn't being told to engage from the control circuit.
If you have more than 12v across D501 (and therefore the relay coil) and the relay isn't engaging, the relay is defective.
Try this. Confirm that it's right before ordering..

Relays came out n today finally perry. I replaced it and the curcuit is now engadged the amplifier is working. I got 5 of them in case anyone ever needs one.
