i have another one of these amp. ive replaced the transistors in the power supply. and got the and playing but the amp isnt putting out the power it should. i have to max the gain just to get a decent sound out. any idea what that this could be?
What is the input voltage of the test tone that you're driving into the amplifier?
Measure the AC voltage directly on the back of the RCA jacks (red probe). Place the black probe on the RCA shield.

Set your meter to AC volts and touch the probes across the terminals of your 12v power supply. What does it read?
