This amp came in with shorted outputs..
I replaced the outputs but it keeps blowing the new outputs ..
Is there a common problem with these amps?
Wondering since everything is testing fine

The driver boards are solderd to the main board ..
If I remove the bad outputs
Q256,255,215,216.
The amp will power up and relay engages

There are 6 outputs per side. Did all 4 of the ones you listed short?
Do you have a good drive signal on all of the outputs on the bad side?

All 4 of them shorted ..
2 on 1 side the other 2 on the other side of the board ..
I cannot get my scope to lock onto the drive signal..
Here's what I get in the pads for the outputs
Gate:-55.6
Drain:62.4
Source:-53.8

do you happen to know what locations the 9640's go in?
When I got this amp it had all 640's in it

There are 2 640s per side. The rest are 9640s. You can see that the center legs for all like FETs are directly connected.
This amp keeps blowing the outputs..
All of the outputs are removed right now ..
How do I check the drive signal on this amp with all of the outputs removed ?
