How is that probed Perry the voltage is different if probing with + input and - input of amp the main amps power terminals that is

Black probe on secondary center-tap of transformer (terminals probably marked 6 and 7). Probe pins left to right on each regulator.

Also thinking about it this wouldn't have anything to do with me changing the gate resistors on the PS Fets would it I upgraded them to 47ohm

The input voltage is too low. If the two resistors in series (R51 and R52) are withing tolerance, replace C51 and C55 (? not sure of the designations, see attached).

R51 = 23.9 ohm
R52 = 24 ohm

That's close enough. Try replacing the capacitors. If you have 33uf caps (at least 35v), use them.

those caps on my board are 25v 10uf which I have 2 of them

33uf 35v I don't have I would have to get some I have 50v 10uf

Did the voltage on the regulators come up? You should have about ±20v on the input pins.

.20 volts less then my power supply is supplying 12.01

What is the AC (not DC) voltage measured directly across the terminals of each of the caps you just replaced?

What is the greatest positive and negative DC voltage on the diodes D51-54.

Capacitors are 1.17 ac volts
