Hi all!
I'm working my way through repairing my Memphis 16-MC500D amp, and am wondering if anyone could help with identifying a couple of IC's on the PWM board? (the manufacture scraped the tops of the chips and put stickers on them)
The amp is a Memphis 16-MC500D, and the main circuit board is labeled PAM263-21 REV.0
The PWM board in question, is the sub-board that is closest to the input side of the amp (as circled in the pic), and is labeled PAS056-05.
The IC's I am trying to identify are U171 (with the "F16" sticker in the pic), and U184 (with the "B52" sticker in the pic).
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

They are the equivalent of U106 and U108 in the JBL BP1200.1. See attached.
