I'm planning on measuring the ground plane response on my speakers outside on my driveway. I will merge that response with my gated response at ~1khz. The driveway is about 20 ft wide by 10 ft long. It is tilted at about 5 degrees to merge with the pavement.
Will the tilt between the road and the pavement cause reflections that will affect my results?
Is the rough cement used for driveways a good enough reflector of sound?

sure better than my muddy yard which drops behind the mic only a few feet and ramps up a hill from the other perspective -- you should be fine
