So i'm new to this forum and i'm not sure yet if i'm allowed to post these links . If not feel free to remove them again .
End fired sub array first with delay then with 2nd order all-pass filters | Timo's World all around the globe
Gradient or reversed end fired sub array first with delay then with All-pass filters Updated 04-09-2013 . | Timo's World all around the globe
End fired Sub array (only in English) | Timo's World all around the globe
Pick your flavour 🙂 | Timo's World all around the globe
At my blog there's a lot more regarding measurements . Have fun ….

Nice, will have to look at the results a bit closer later.
Have you tried what d&b calls CSA with a 3rd cabinet facing backwards, inverted and delayed in time to "suck out" the backwards radiation?
Stack of 3 TH118 with the middle one facing back.
With and without the rear facing delayed cabinet.
1.9ms delay.

yep
Yes i do use that kind of an array most of the time but as it turns out i did not do a post on it at my blog with real live measurements (i thought i did but no such luck yet🙂 .
I do have a post about it but it's mostly a post with simulations out of Map on line .
CSA : The cardioid sub array . (according to some from D&B) | Timo's World all around the globe
Also a follow up with al links to simulations on a number of sub arrays .
Why even bother ??? | Timo's World all around the globe
The 2 posts presented above are simulations however it's a good starting point to understand the mechanism that drives these kind of arrays .
