Hello, I wish to simulate and design a 3-way speaker using the above midrange. But I have two issues.
1) no Thiele-Small-Parameter in the datasheet thus i'm not able to simulate
2) I read there should be is a revision version: is that right? and how to be sure to buy the newest one?

Hi ygg, you shouldn't need those parameters for the simulations, as the driver is enclosed. You can derive all necessary crossover functions from the impedance plot supplied.

As for the TW and the MD, I loaded the curves into Boxsim and put QMS QES and VAS =0,1L taken from another speaker. It should work correct, right?
BTW what do you think of the SICA12 PFS 4 (reflex 60lt 45Hz) + SATORI MD60 + SICA 110 cut at 6/12 db at 1500 and 6500 Hz?

IMO 1500Hz is a bit too high for a 12" wf: I would use an 8" till 7-800Hz. Look at the FaitalPro models.
