McIntosh speakers help

I have some McIntosh speakers pictured below. Need to know the specs for them and can’t find anything online. Originally were in Ford GT. The original model of maybe 15 years ago or so. Does anybody have any info on these?

The intent is to use them in a portable stereo build. I wanted to know some parameters in order to make ported enclosures. Is there any way of making a ported enclosure sound semi-decent without knowing the T/S parameters?

I had intended to pair them with some tweeters and use as mids and bass. Wondering if it might be just as well to put in a sealed box. But being that they were originally meant for car use I was thinking ported would probably work out better and give more output. Perhaps I am thinking wrong about this?

The difference in ported and sealed in the low bass region will be minimal in a small enclosure. It's possible to make a small speaker produce significant low bass in a ported enclosure but the enclosure typically has to be very large or complex or both. Small speakers that make deep bass (bluetooth speakers or desktop computer speakers) are typically very special designs and can only produce the bass at a low level.

I'd suggest that you drop these in a suitable enclosure for your needs just to get an idea of how they sound on the low end. For the first test at 'low levels', you can even just use a stiff, corrugated cardboard box. If you have a tweeter that you plan to use, on hand, connect it as well to see if their levels are compatible.
