The "tech" recapped my C20, I was told had a bad volume potentiometer. Funny thing is never heard anything before, to indicate this. Although I know they are prone to failure.
I was able to source a NOS, CTS, built in the 90's by CTS, as a direct fit replacement.
Now the "tech" took it upon himself to do some bypassing. Against my instructions, just to put it back together.
Here is a picture of what was done.
And I see 4 lugs now unused.
Could just use a little advice, I can't locate a picture of a stock pot, wired up.
The grounds are still intact, and pretty sure the way the coax comes through the chassis grommets, as to which gang they go to.
I have 2 red and 2 clear, that he soldered together.
Need help determining which wires to lugs.

Bare in mind, I haven't changed the pot out yet.
If anyone has a picture of the correct layout, or just can tell me. It would be greatly appreciated.
