McIntosh 7200

I have a McIntosh 7200 with no output on output B. I also noticed that the power meter is not at zero like output A, with no input. Also have 1V DC on the output B channel. Where do I start to troubleshoot this problem?

Get the schematic, mark up all the DC voltages in the power amp, and post it here.
Be careful when probing to avoid shorts.
