No, if I connect the black lead on minus, and the red on the shield, I have 0,7vdc on channel 1,2...2.5vdc on 3 and 4.
No, it's a 4 channel amp. If I plug rca in channel 1,2 it's about 0Vdc.the other two channels about 1,7vdc.if I plug the rca in channel 3,4.then this both cannnels have 0v,and the other booth about 0.7vdc
How the check the module? If I remove the diode, I have rail, but the red light is still on. Should the amp produce audio?
Is 3/4 the module that you are unsure of?
Did 1/2 play when you had the diode out and the other module out?
Are you sure that you don't have a dirty switch or a switch in the wrong position, making 1/2 quiet?

If I understand correctly, the 1/2 module was the one you removed. Is that correct?
At this point, I'd check the supply voltages and signal at the two module terminals to make sure all is correct. Leave the RCA shields grounded so everything remains at ground reference.
