I have some AD654 voltage to frequency converters, surface mount -- up to 500kHz square wave out, but can easily generate a low distortion sine wave with appropriate filters, or a triangle wave with an integrator.
Just want an adjustable square wave? -- filter and regulate a low noise DC source and use a potentiometer to supply 0 to 1 Volts to the Vin pin.
