which is the minimum number of mosfet to buy to find the 4 set matched for an aleph 4?
Do you thing 50 is a good qantity?

I think 50 would be enough if they are from the same lot.

50 pieces is more than enough if they are in the same package when you buy them. You will probably make all of them in sets.

I bought a package of twelve and the DC offset that I got varies from 0.020V to 0.040V.

I didn't tried to match them anyway... but they all have the same assembly lot code and date code 🙂
