Just Toshiba 2SK1530/2SJ201...these have lower Vgs for an equal Ids compared to IRFPs. Member h_a I think is offering IRFPs.

A box of MOSFETs, shipped on June 6th by Priority Mail, arrived today in good shape. That's exactly two months!

The box has a green customs label from the harbor in Hamburg on it. Usually, all other air mail I receive from the US carries a label from the Frankfurt airport. This observation might suggest that the box was instead transported by sea mail. But who knows?

Anyway, I'm quite happy now!
