Purchased the matched irpf244 from Brian for my Aleph2 project. Never had time to start, and doesnt look like I will have time to do this in near future. So selling it back. This is 4 sets of 6 irpf244, plus 4 extras(total 28FETS). $90 shipped within continental US.
