Irf610 can work like IRf9610 ?

because i ask you IRF9610 and you send me IRF610

No it can not. I will send 9610's to you with a return enveloppe for the 610's.

I am building NP F-4 and need selected pairs of IRFP 240.

Hi Liliya

I could supply the IRFP240 fets. However be prepaired to wait quite some time.
IRF has transferred the production of the fets to Korea and China from Mexico. With this move I find it more and more difficult to create sets out of the fets I get. I'm still searching for a batch of fets from Mexico for a number of fellow DIY-ers and some of them have paid a couple of month ago.

I would suggest to wait and contact me again in some time, As my first priority is to send the fets out that are due. If all is well, I get a shipment by the end of this week.

First I must correct myself; my needs are two(2) complete matched sets of FETs for my NP F-4 stereo version (not only IRFP 240).

Can you sell me two(2) TL 431 as well??

I realize this is an old thread but do you still have FETS? Did you get your supply issues worked out?

I'm in need of 8 IRF9240's and 8 IRF244's (or IRF240's)
All Matched

Note these are the TO3 cases (TO-204).
Let me know if you have these and how much (to include s/h to US (Pennsylvania))
