In the USA is there a reason not to use punkydawgs on Ebay? The seller that NP has said is reliable and honest. I have always used punkydawgs when our store does not have them in stock. Faster shipping and you can be assured you are buying the real thing. Competitively priced as well for the Toshiba J-fets.
I’ve ordered 2 pairs on three occasions (6 pairs total). All were around 10 mA Idss so that is what you can expect.
Mr. Pass is evaluating if he sells his stash and becomes the richest guy on the planet!
