I would like the part numbers of blown resistors I think they are 4.7ohms but diodes D8 & D10. IC9 & IC14
With pins 4 and 5 bridged, this IC9 has to be an IRS20957. The other others would be a 2092 or an SI8244 and it can't be those with 4/5 shorted.
IC14 ZXGD3005E6
Diodes D8 and D10 MURA120

D8 & D10 Mr Babin is the glass diodes .5 watts (MELF) I presume, those are the ones I’m making enquiries about, and for the gate D29….?
D21 is T4 (parallel with 10ohms resistor)
D21 is T4 (parallel with 10ohms resistor)
Ok, looking at a different circuit, the drivers with the input to pin 6 are UCC27511.
The gate circuits are all very similar for this type amplifier. 15v Zener across the gate and source and a 1N4148 type parallel to a 10-15 ohm gate resistor.
Does the diode in question (D10) have any terminal connected directly to the 20957?
The burned resistors are typically 1-10 ohms. If you can read a 4, 4.7 is a good assumption.
What am I missing?

The D10 seems to be on pins 13 & 15, parallel with CD32 cap. I’m getting a short across the diodes on both symmetrical sides of all those diodes, pins or caps. I’ve already remove one of the 20957 and the short is still there I’m planning on remove diodes and buffers to see if the short is gone but I need to know the type or value diodes for the circuit.
