Hi
I am looking for the schematic for this amp. I downloaded one from the net but it looks different from my amp. The one I downloaded shows board No: DL40-60-02 but mine is DL40-60-00. The output volume is very very low. The signal from "D.I."out sound normall.
Thanks

Check the 100k anode load resistors and the signal through Relay 1.

This morning, I tried the amp again, The volume is still very very low with master volume at 75%. When I put it full, the sound goes off. If I take the DI out or effect send to another amp, the sound is perfect, all the tone controls work. Now when I put in a signal to effects return, there is sound but very very low and no sound at full volume. I suspect the master volume control because when I opened up the amp, I realised that some one has worked on it, the soldering on the master volume pot(A200k) was a mess, I guess he removed the pot and then put it back. This is how it was soldered, Pin 1 and Pin 2 were soldered together, Pin3 and Pin 4 on its own, Pin 5, Pin 6 and Pin 7 were soldered together. I do not know whether this connection are correct as I do not have a schematic. I would need your advice whether this connections are correct. Thanks
That schematic is widely on the net, though not the very final version. Try Dr tube
Marshall Schematics
look for issue 9 from 2002 if yours is after that, but there was a change of biasing resistors later.
I have that amp!

Thanks guys, the amp is back to normal now. The problem was the master volume pot. Pin5 is connect to a (-) voltage and Pin6 to a (+) voltage. This two pins were shorted together by someone who worked on it early. After isolating these 2 pins, the amp volume is back to normal.
