1 valve shorted out ,now low distorted output ,output transformer or other componenent ,any help on what to check would be greatly appreciated many thanks.
Moving to Instruments and Amps per forum policy. Pull the power tubes and check voltages at each power tube socket. Important to have B+ voltage at BOTH plate and screen pins at each one. Also verify bias voltage at control grid pin. I am too lazy to look it up, so I forget if there are cathode fuses in that model, but verify the cathodes are grounded at each socket.
