marshall 18 watt tremolo psu question

the donor chassis I got was a home build by the quality of build,I never powered it up and came with a ez81 ecc83 and a pair of el84

Put the two secondaries parallel for 4 ohm, series for 16 Ohms.



will that affect the impedance seen at pri on the el84s?
