i recall either here or in the article that Marsh said he designed with around the zero tempco point for the JFETs he selected.
@passive420 thanks for the offer, but I managed to completed my own design and order some prototypes (with both bias schemes) so I'll go with those instead. It will be a couple of weeks before I get the boards though, and it might be a while beyond that before I get to actually putting them together though.
Here's what they look like (board size w/o transitor overhang is 2.5" x 2.6" or app. 63 x 66 mm.) These are designed for mounting the output transitors horisontally under the board, but I made some versions with a different output layout which could also - with some lead bending - be used with a vertical heat sink.
