Someone who was an entrepeneur before knows, there are no business hours as a free solo artist. Those rules did fit to the safe and secure jobs of the former century. In the new economy your boss can send an email whenever he (or she) wants and can await for a qualified answer in a reasonable time. Even in the holidays. Times have changed a lot in business terms these days.
To secure an order which generates cash for the next rent many would wake up and reply asap. You can automate this process but if nothing personal follows than its a bad customer experience which has to be avoided at all costs. Otherwise a shitstorm is generated on the net like in this thread.

Hello! I have been waiting for shipment confirmation of tubes and socket adaptors for 5 weeks (5/2020). JAC doesn't respond to email requests for status updates or delay clarification. PayPal indicates JAC received payment and shipping address was confirmed. A friend sent him an email asking if he was still open for business and JAC responded immediately that he is. Anybody else have similar experiences with JACMUSIC in Germany? (I realize this message is in response to an older post. Just looking to see how JAC's dealy issue was resolved.)
 
I should update my earlier post. After 2 weeks and two emails I sent Jac an email telling him I wanted to cancel my order. Literally the same time I pressed send I got an email from him with the tracking number, it appeared to be automatically generated. A few hours later Jac replied to my email basically saying he was really busy and my order already shipped. My tubes just arrived the other day, and I must say they are beautiful. But I don't know if I will ever order from Jac again.
 
Jacmusic saga: update 7/23

An update RE: my order from Jac in Germany on 5/21
6/* - throughout June after purchasing, Jac was non-responsive to emails.
7/8 - I requested order cancellation and refund.
7/8 - Jac replied order was ready to ship next day.
7/9 - order shipped via DHL, USPS projected arrival 7/27
fingers crossed.
 
Can confirm a very bad experience with Jac music - few months passed - no goods and no refund. Communication is part of the service guys, not just the physical stuff you might receive eventually. No time to ship? Better start hiring.
 
I ordered a pair of his 2A3 mesh plates on July 31. I am expecting them on Monday. The last time I ordered I had a similar wait. I assume he is too busy to answer emails asking for updates but it makes me hesitate. I would do more business if he was a better communicator. That said, he was patient in answering my questions prior to the sale ;>)
 
Not answer from Jac Music

I payed my order to Jac Music more than 3 weeks ago and I try to contact Jac without success. Null information and any answer to my emails.
Still waiting but if Jac not answer I will start legal actions.
I ordered some times to Jac without problems but after this sad experience this is the las time.
