MarkAudio CHN-50P mica + TQWT(DDVP-08-ML) for TV

I plan to change from FOSTEX FF85WK+BH to MarkAudio CHN50P+TQWT for TV.
If I use it for a while and don't like it, there will be no change.

There's a resonance that causes a dip at around 1.5-1.8KHz?

The graph is without smoothing, so peaks and dips are clearly visible.
I don't know the cause of the 1.5-1.8 kHz dip, but I don't feel any discrepancy in music playback.
The impedance graph also has a peak around 1.7kHz.

CHN-50P mica has power and beauty, and is my favorite 3” from Mark Audio.

CHN50P mica > MAOP5 > CHN509 > Alpair5v3 > CHN50

I just finish my build with CHN 50P mica in your HBW-08 box
How to say.... what to say....
they are wonderful
the high are perfect, and beautiful
the voice are superb
guitar and piano really realist
the acoustic scene is less big than the maop 10 and the sb 20 that i have but still there
for sure all the frequencies are not there but in precision it beauty he can be compared to maop 10.
due to the small price of the speaker i should know what it could give to 6-10 speaker like this in my room
don't hesitate the speaker is really a good investment, it's an high value for the price

Pierrick59, thanks for the follow-up test.

HBW-08 is not expected to have much bass, but it works well with the CHN 50P mica and gives a nice vocal sound.
I am looking forward to hearing how it will sound with multiple units.
