I am pretty sure the answer to that is yes
But it has a limit based on its mechanical structure and thicker cone (i am guessing that is the case).
It is probably easier to smooth the top of the A11ms, but it will not go as low. Optimum miniOnken is 9 litre if you need a small box.

Dave,
which is the optimal volume of the 3 CGRs you released for CHN110? Can you elaborate what you mean by optimal?

CHN110 would be the best in the Joan cabinet , but if I had alot of plywood maybe I would design and build a cabinet somewhat like Olson and Massa's 1936 horn.

Not 'best' [no such thing] but it's better suited to that, notwithstanding a slightly high acoustic HP, than FHXL.
You'd need to flatten the excess midrange output from the front horn if you ran it compound, but that's not difficult.
