Webber's leaving F1 is GT racings gain again, some thing he should have gone back to years ago.
Go Porsche Woot Woot.
V6's is a new era with the other changes - same amount of power, double the torque and power from ERS.
Boring is entering a second Shooomaker age with Vettle.
Want excitement - watch MotoGP in '14.

The V8 to V6 change is the main reason why Honda will start delivering engines to F1 again. First year participating will be 2015, Mclaren will be using Honda engines.
In relation to the "going back to F1" they will release new cars, there will be a low segment Japan only car, probably very much like the concept car S660. There will also be a new NSX, AND some unknown model in between somewhere.
The exciting bit for me is the S660 which may possibly also be released to Europe and America as a slightly upgraded version, the rumors are 1l turbo engine, but I am thinking more along the lines of 1l non turbo with the I-DCD dual clutch hybrid system.
Rear wheel drive, mid engine and lightweight
I know turbo engines are the popular stuff these days, but I really hope Honda stays clean. Would much rather see the full potential of the I-DCD in combination with NA.
