If I understand it right it is regulated, provides some 5 rails. The nice thing about it is the use of smd power inductors.
They don't use no fancy diodes on the bridge and don't have no bg power caps(sure, bg doesn't produce any 33000 uF). They are panasonic.

Panasonic , Philips, Mallory,Siemens produce caps of highest quality but they don´t have "Audio" attachment on them. brands like Mark Levinson , Krell and Lamm use them becouse they are the best and no BG or other can replace them. Important is, what series or grade of capacitors are in use. Switch and computer grade are the fastest caps with enormus peak currents.😎
