Mark Levinson power amp No 23 that won't turn on!

Hello everyone! I have a Mark Levinson power amp No 23 that won't turn on!
After pressing the switch, the red LED lights up for a very short time and then goes off immediately!

First you acquire a DVM that will read 600 VAC, and two alligator clip leads with rubber boots over clips. WIth amp unplugged you connect 2 probes with clip leads to P314 E and P311 C. with switch turned on plug in (a power strip with breaker is convenient). No 240 VAC, unplug and check some fuses.

Please be extremely cautious, 230VAC is very dangerous.
Do not touch any test leads unless the power is off, and the power plug is disconnected from the wall.

I had the same problem a few years ago on an ML27 after being transported in the cold. Like when a thermal protector trips?

Could I just unplug each power amp section (left and right channel) to see if the power switch holds? To limit the error!
Or how does this protective circuit work?

So now it works again! As suspected, the thermocouple was interrupted by the RIGHT channel!
