Where can I get service manual for Marantz PM8003?

A friend of mine brings me his PM8003. The sound is somehow "not involving". Something is missing. I want to look at the the circuit first. Maybe the bandiwth of the filters or something else can be changed.

ok ...got the picture ...

what i would do ...

---- first listen and take scope readings from the machine as is
---- then a good spot to actually isolate everything from everything is the volume pot pcb
***there you have the signal from selector switch
*** from there its rerooted to the tone control
*** and exactly behind the tone control is a pcb that features volume buffer and auxiliary psu ... ( from there we go to the main amplifier ) ( nice place to look at )

faults i found in several of these amps

---thermal stress arround LTP courent source area /main amplifier /poor soldering
---genarally soldering isues in the main amplifier area
--- tone contols pots and source direct switch get dirty very easy
--- main procesor reset ic fails easily
--- selector area eventhough relay operated has terrible cross talk

this is it more or less ...kind regards sakis
