I bought a defect Marantz pm-7000 amp. I narrowed the problem down to the main amp, I think. The pre-amp output sounds ok.
The main amp part looks ok. No burned components. Electrolytic's look fine too.
When I turn the amp on the relays from the power clicks. about 5 secs later only the speakers 1 relays clicks. When I turn the volume very high I hear a very weak sound from the left speaker and some cracking
Speakers 2 connections are not working at all.
What kind of problem could this be? Unfortunately I don't have any schematics.

Nope, I didn't. There is a shortcircuit in the power-amp section, but I can't find the cause.
