Marantz cd84 repair

Found a broken Marantz CD84.
Overhauled the power supply board and found at least 2 of the 'IC Protector' (fuses) are dead.
It seems there are quite a lot of these on this board.
I'm surprised to see them on regulator inputs, is this for ultra safety?
So, the question, should I replace these blown fuses with the same thing or something else? Maybe a wire?

btw, the values I measure on the fuse inputs seem ok.

They are fused for a reason. While you are present and working on it, then linking them out is an option if you are prepared to see if,

a) it works

b) something gets hot, or explodes such as a failed cap. It is a valid repair technique as long as you appreciate the risks.

When its fixed you MUST replace with the correct ICP's. They are a safety feature and will protect the transformer. Defeating manufacturers installed safety features could pose a FIRE RISK.

The powersupply board has 6, I never seen those before in Philips or Marantz players. Even if I want to replace the jumper with a suitable fuse these icp-f50, icp-f10, icp-f15 seem hard to find, so they are replaced by something else (???) or considered not needed (???). Also the schematic shows wires at some spots where my board has these fuses...
So far the powersupply seems to be fine again after placing new electrolytes and jumpering blown fuses.
