The servo section on the cd94 is incredibly discrete. No all-in-one IC's, but opamps and driver transistors.

Is that what all those funny looking things are in my player! I thought it was for the remote control.

Marantz 6h5c MK3 RM SE...hmm a bit windy. What about Marantz 6h5c RM Edition? Maybe a bit classier? I'm thinking I will go to one of those copy shops that makes up plaques and get one.
I'm only a Yank, so I don't have a clue what a "teasmade conversion" is but it sounds vaguely like what we're having. By the way I'm ashamed to admit it but it says on my 67' "Made in Singapore. Remember the days when "Made in Japan" was a curse? Now its a blessing.
