Hay guys
I desperately need help to swap the laser over from one Marantz payer to the other, the donor player is a CD-593 using a CDM-4 transport and the receiving player is a CD-65ll using the CDM-4/19
But I have no manuals and can't work out how to take the assembly apart on either of these 😕
Please help me...

Well I managed to swap the transport mech's over and am still getting the read error 😕
Don't know where to look now for the cause of the error
The guy I bought it from said it worked fine before he posted it to me

I'm sorry i can't help you with practical advise, but i have a schematic (with block diagram), for the 65II, maybe it is useful ?
Just say the word, and it's coming your way.
Best regards

Hi Andy.
I'd be happy to upload to Your database, and thank you very much for giving us all this great service.
But i don't seem to be able to connect ?
Best regards
Ebbe
Edit: Just realised it isn't Your place, but Ostrippers, thanks anyway for pointing me that way, and a great big THANKS to Ostripper for providing 🙂
poynton, that procedure doesn't seem to work with this one, does nothing when powering up like indicated in that guide...

Certainly, do you have a valid email-address ?
(remember to "disguise" it if you put it here, just to prevent the spam-bots to get you ) 😀
I have emailed my address to you.es44 said:
