I've started a different thread in Analog Line Level Preamplifiers , Passive Pre-amps, Crossovers, etc. to get feedback on how Marantz ended up going with the circuit they used with the 7C instead of the Baxandall type as this is something I'm very interested in. In fact, the whole area of tone controls utilized during this early era is fascinating to me.
