Many things doesn't work on my android (4) mobile

Basically no function works that is applied with a downward triangle. No search, no PM, etc...

If you are using a browser on your tablet or phone try either Edge or Opera for Android. I use Opera on my phone and tablet without issues.

Do you mean Android 4.x.x? If so, it may be that Android is too old.

The forum is much older than Android. This can't be a new problem.

Mobile version never got implemented, I bought the skin but it was too incompatible with all the mods on the site.

The site is a write-off on mobile, the whole code base is a write-off, and won't be fixed until we move to XenForo (ETA 2-3 months) and have a platform to develop on top of that will take us through the next 5-10 years.

My 5 year old Samsung S3 runs 4.4.2 and so far I haven't had any problems with web browsing here or anywhere else. I have encountered very little incompatible software so far, although it's not unheard of.

I have this same problem as well, on a Samsung Tab A, Android 5.11 running Chrome browser.
On search, the touch keyboard colapses when search line is selected, effectively closing search.

The work around I found was to select the advanced search option. Keyboard functions fine on advanced search page.
