I wouldn't panic because of the beaming. It looks worse on paper than it actually sounds. Off axis balance is still good but the last bit of accuracy is only achieved for the selfish listener (

i was thinking about fostex fx200's or maybe fe206e's, but these mangers seem very interesting.
