"Manage Attachments" DOA

I was attempting to upload some attachments but when I clicked on "Manage Attachments" the upload function - well it didn't function. Simply dead and not the usual thing about not being able to upload gigabyte files or anything of the sort.

OK - my bad

I already had a "Manage Attachments" window open but it was buried beneath about 12 screens I had open at the same time.

The server geeks can resume feasting on pizza and soda's (or at least cans with soda labels on them) 😉
