Maintaining an 8 Ohm load/Book Reccomendation

I am about to build my own speakers for my LM4780 amp.

I was wondering which book would be best out of the Parts Express catologue??? Other book reccomendations are welcome as well.

Also, I plan on creating each cabinet with 6 4" drivers rated at 8 ohms. The amp is suited for an 8 ohm load as well...so how do I wire the drivers inside the cabinet to get an overall 8 ohm load??

The Drivers I am using are Tang Band w4-616S 4" drivers.
They are rated for 65hz-20khz, so I intend on using them as the only drivers. No tweeters, no subwoofers, and most importantly, no crossovers. Maybe I will add some of this later if I find the need.

So, if I wire the interior of the speaker cabinet in parallel...will the overall load remain at 8 ohm at the speaker terminals?

Thanks for taking the time to help,

Hi Dominick,

If you have four 8 ohm drivers and wish to maintain an 8 ohm load:

Take two drivers and wire them in series (16 ohm). Do the same with the other two. (16 ohm)

Take the two sets of leads and wire them in parallel (8 ohms)

EDIT: I think you want a woofer. Those drivers begin to fall off around 150 Hz.
