rather annoying claim "magnetism only exits due to quantum mechanics" - should read "only some details of particle/atomic/molecular/materials magnetic properties..."

quite a bit of EM "works" without reference to moving charge's spin state

free space EM, wave propagation still has "Classical" magnetism, further reductionism could attribute magnetism in free space to Special Relativity
