Magnavox tube amp 3-screw speaker input update

Hello
I have a 1950s Magnavox tube amp with 3 input screws...G, 1, and 2. Can this configuration be updated to two sets of inputs? I'd like to install a set of 5 - way binding posts.

So are 1 and 2 balanced input? As opposed to being a pair of individual unbalanced inputs? G being ground.

Yes sir...1 being the left channel and 2 being the right. The "g" screw holds the ground wires for both L and R speaker cable.
