I want to to make a speaker with the drivers used in Magico Q3 or S3. But I cant find what drivers use Magico for this speakers.
Can you help me?

OK, let me rephrase it: 'Designed by Magico' but actually built by Morel (which is a very obvious choice). Those are not stock Morel drivers, that is.
Magico does not make a single driver in house, but they have custom drivers manufactured for them. Last I knew, it was Scanspeak tweeters and Seas mid and woofers. However, I claim no precision. 🙂
Their crossovers are exclusively Mundorf, with the more supreme Supreme's being used in the top end units. To me, that is actually more key to their sound than their custom driver materials.
Best,
Erik

At least at one time Magico mids and others were made by Gorlich-Podszus. Here's a link to a retailer in Europe who sells Gorlich among many others.

Those Gorlich drivers utilize the ultra-light honeycomb sandwich covered with aluminum foil. The drivers are hand made. I first saw them used in the Swiss made Ensemble Reference speaker that featured spectacular midrange.

Also, based on a lot of compiled data from different sources, I'd go with Scanspeak over Seas for lack of compression effects if I was going to make a speaker of similar form-factor.
Flame me baby! 😀 😀 😀

I'm a big fan of composite drivers, though the Scanspeak cut paper units are also very good. I'm not sure if glue-filled counts as composite. Others I like:
Focal W cones
Woven fiberglass (more than Kevlar) such as from Peerless

Scan and Morel.
BTW, that's not Gorlich-Prosche.... is, was ATD. Once been used in the Magico bookshelf.
YG uses Scan too, but only the motor. CNC al cone is a big selling point, you know.

Pretty sure Magico drivers use Morel underpinnings
I toured the Magico factory a year ago, my comments come from them, and I think they were accurate, but cannot be exhaustive or even current.

Damilan, what speaker designing/building experience you have? How many you built so far, can you show some examples? Using expensive drivers is no guarantee of success.

Several years ago (when I was 14) I design and roughly set up a pair of monitors, I had no money or tools (there was no internet either).
Now I want to do it for fun, now I am a patient person, retailer and usually achieve what I propose.
I have some knowledge in electronics and I am quite skilled with the crafts.
Seems the consensus from the responses is Magico is using a variety of sources combined with custom making.
IMO, your best bet is to go with the Gorlich drivers, because they were once used by Magico and are available to DIY'rs but for a steep price.

A nice alternative to Magico copy is Avalon Tesseract copy. Ready for assembly, designed with love and affection by Jon Marsh. Accuton/Aurasound drivers.

Erik- you've said Seas drivers for mids before, but Morel makes them.
Here's proof the Magico mids are Morels, pictures from internet....
The tweeters are Scan Speak Berylliums.
midbasses are also Morel on some models:
