MA Pluvia 7 Bass reflex bookshelf speakers

What Zia said, before seeing the plot, i was thinking i would see room modes, but the trough is pretty much at the XO.

And with a sub, further away than a quarter-wavelength, which at 120 Hz is about 29”. The out-of-phase might be due to the separte placement. Lowering the XO will help, as potentially moving the woofer(s).

OK, so I removed the sub out of question and just measured the speakers one at a time and together. Well it seems its all downhill from 300hz and below. Not really sure, why?

What do the cabinet =s look like (drawing)?

They are based on your Bass reflex design.

Here is the sketch up that I found on this forum way back and used it along with your plan to make the cabinet. One cabinet I know is bit faulty, as in the port size is not correct, and is leaking air from back panel, also the panels were hand cut using circular saw. The second (Right speaker) panel was done correctly, and the cuts were done at the hardware store, and I double checked the measurements, the second cabinet is more accurate than the first one.
