This amp powers up and idles fine ..

Problem I'm having is if I measure the resistance from rca shield ground to Amps main ground terminal I get 468 ohms ..

When I power the amp up if I place the black meter probe on Amps ground terminal and red prob on rca shield ground I get 13.89 volts ..

If I plug in a rca cable and measure resistance from Amps rca shield ground to the case of the head unit I get 0.03 ohms ..

This amp has already taken out 1 headunit on my bench by blowing the shield ground inside the headunit to the point where it was unrepairable and has also taken out another amp I use on my test bench for the mods and highs ..

I can't seem to locate the problem ..

Anyone have any ideas on where to start

The deck was a kenwood ..
RCA cables are brand new and top of the line cables not cheap ..

I know there is something wrong with he amp since it took out another amp in the test bench and I asked my friend what it did in his car and it burnt rca ground shield in his car as well in a alpine head unit and took out one of his amps
