Did you look at the manual?
Why do you ask? They are probably within the normal ranges for these impedances to work to specifications with external equipment, eg. input 22K - 100K Ohms and output <100 Ohms.
They are not mentioned in the manual. I will use Transit as a part of small test equipment and need those values to design circuitry around it.
Strange that they don't say. M-Audio is usually good about that. Maybe because it a small and inexpensive unit.
