Hello to all on this side of the forum.
I am new on digital sources and my knowledge is very limited, so this is why I am asking you guys to help me with the following problem.
For a while I am thinking to mod my usb sound card and yesterday i had decided to do this.
So I had soldered fast one PCM1794 on a breadbord, powered it up with two Salas Shunts one for 3.3V and one for 5V.For I/V I am using 100R resistors and atfer those I use only one half of the signal which goes into my tube line stage.
Now my problem is the connection between tas1020 and PCM1794, I really do not know how it has to be done.I had taken a look on the datasheet of the tas and seems to me that I have to use pins 35-38 and ground but I am not sure.
Can anybody explain to me the exact connections(pin to pin) that I have to do?
Do I have to power down the AKM chip or remove the I2S connection with the tas chip??
Hope to hear it singing this night 🙄
Thanks for the moment

Solved the problem
I had done the following connections from tas to pcm
pin 37 to pin 6
pin 35 to pin 4
pin 38 to pin 5
pin 39 to pin 7
I have few PCM`s and I want to do dual mono with them
Thanks for hosting and hope to help others too 🙂
