I notice you specify on your BOM either an OPA627 Hi Speed Difet Op Amp or an OPA134 High Performance Audio Op Amp for U101. Both are Burr-Brown devices which have a good reputation.
Do you have any preference for either, or have you listened to either and can notice any difference between the two.
Considering the 134 is around a tenth of the price of the 627, the people going to make amps based on your PCB's would be interested in your thoughts. At least people should use a good quality gold plated machined pin IC socket here so they can do the usual IC swap experiments and make up their own mind.
