LV1100.1 2000watt causing Subwoofer burnt

Hi, everyone

I got my Live Audio Amp model LV1100.1 2000watt killed a 10" subwoofer ! The speaker terminal had burnt mark !!!
Can anyone enlighten me what's causing it and where to check or dignose the faults on Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) ?

What was thye power rating of the woofer?
