Can anybody please confirm the correct DC supply rail voltages for the Luxman M-120a power amp - for both the power stage, and the DC rail for the speaker protection circuit.
My amp has failed me again, after about 4 weeks of operation since fixing some prior issues. It's not powering up, with speaker protection staying enabled.
My first test was the supply rail for the speaker protection circuit - it measures 32.5 VDC! From memory, this sounds high, I thought it was meant to be +24VDC.
Supply rails for the main amp are +/- 68.5 VDC. Is this correct, or too high?
...I'm suspecting a faulty transformer......
